If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may put in a request within 5 days of the date of receipt for an exchange less the shipping charges or for store credit.
Merchandise credits are good for future purchases made on the site and are redeemable for up to 30 days from the date issued. Items purchased in the Sale
section are Final Sale and may not be returned for Exchange or Store Credit.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on intimates and liquid products.
- All returns must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), free of damage and postal labels. All merchandise must be unworn. Any items returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return. We can only accept exchanges that are in the original, resalable condition. If merchandise does not meet these criteria it be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.
When making an exchange:
- We do not cover the cost for Return Shipping.
- Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
- Be sure to include your original invoice with your exchange. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your exchange.
- Write “Reason for Exchange” on the back of your invoice.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. It is recommended that you use any traceable & insurable shipping service for your return.
- Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Upon receipt of your package, your exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
